Case: No. 602655, 18k yellow gold, 47 mm, four body, invisible hinge, diamond shaped monogram on the back, presentation engraved on the cuvette
Dial: enamel, sub seconds, Arabic numerals, red five minute numbers, black minute track, gold Louis XIV hands
Movement: No. 198509, 18 jewels, eight adjustments, straight line lever with counter poised pallet fork, wolf's tooth winding, bi-metallic compensated balance, nickel bridge with straight line damaskeening
Signed: dial signed Patek Philippe & Cie, case and movement signed Patek Philippe and Spaulding & Co.
