Patek Philippe Men's Gold Pocket Watch, circa 1906Case: 18k yellow gold, # 242030, double hinged back with invisible hinge, 45 mm, inner cuvette with 1906 Christmas inscription, back cover with light later inscription
Dial: enamel, Arabic numerals, red five minute numbers, open kite hands, subsidiary seconds
Movement: No. 133320, nickel bridge with wolfs tooth winding, 20 jewels, straight line lever, adjusted, bi-metallic balance with swan's neck regulator
Signed: triple signed Patek Philippe, movement also signed T. & E. Dickinson, Buffalo NY
