Swiss Gold Skeletonized Quarter Hour Repeater With Automaton, circa 1820Case: 18k rose gold, 57 mm, four body, back with engine turned border, central engraved with military regalia, recessed scalloped rim, inner glass over the movement
Dial: white enameled Arabic chapter ring, Breguet moon hands, center with multicolor gold jacquemarts, bells and a cupid at the base
Movement: fully pierced and engraved gilt movement with polished and exposed steel racks, levers and cams for the repeat functions, unusual steel open work bridge, three arm gold balance, verge, visible fusee, fully skeletonized front plate with multicolor two motion jacquemarts, hammers strike on inner gongs
