Case: Wadsworth 14k gold filled case, two body, 38 mm x 23 mm, teiple stepped sides
Dial: two tone silver, applied gold pointed baton markers, black minute track, sub seconds, gold baton hands
Movement: grade 401, 19 jewels, H54950, adjusted, straight line damaskeened finish
Band: leather, plated buckle

The 1934 factory catalog description for the Livingston lists it as "a popular price watch for sports or business wear. In 14k filled white or yellow gold. Consumer price $70.00."
Only 685 rare Livingston models were produced.
