Note; Production of the reference 5004 began in 1995 and remains the most complicated model in Patek Philippe's line of stopwatches. The caliber CH 27-70 Q powers this remarkable timepiece. The movement is based on an ebauche crafted by Nouvelle Lemania exclusively for Patek Philippe. In contrast to conventional mechanisms, the fly-back lever in this chronograph is uncoupled from the heart cam while the fly-back hand is stopped. The advantage of this system is that the movement can continue running while the intermediate time is being stopped. Therefore, the rate of accuracy is not affected. This exceptional timepiece has never been offered before. It is truly rare and important considering the unused condition.
