Case: No. 4064116, stainless steel, two body, screw down case back, sapphire crystal, 38 mm, crown with blue enamel and protection lever
Dial: matte black, tritium coated Arabic numerals, date aperture at three, exterior white minute scale, tritium coated steel baton hands
Movement: No. 3016148, caliber 315 SC, 30 jewels, automatic, 21k gold rotor, Geneva quality hallmark, rhodium finish, straight line lever escapement, Gyromax balance, 48 hours power reserve
Band: stainless steel, double deployant clasp
Signed: all signed Patek Philippe, with boxes, links for the band, factory service tags and Extract from the Archives

Note: The Ref. 5091 "Sculpture" model is also known as the "Russian watch". It was launched in 1999 to celebrate the return of the Patek Philippe brand to Russia. The model was produced in nine versions, limited to 300 pieces of each example.
