Case: 40mm, stainless steel, three body case, screw down case back, bi-directional, non-ratcheted bezel, 2630645
Dial: matt black with tritium markers / Mark 1 Long E dial, Mercedes hands
Movement: Rolex caliber 1570, rhodium finish, 26 jewels, monometallic balance adjusted to five positions and temperature,
Band: Rolex U.S.A. Oyster expansion bracelet stamped: 78 on clasp. Currently set to fit a 6 3/4 inch wrist.
Signed: dial, case and movement signed by maker

The watch is accompanied by its original Rolex punched certificate as well as its Chronometer certificate. The original Rolex Oyster bracelet with date code 1-71 is also included.

Circa: 1970
Condition: A fine example of the classic 1675 with "Pepsi" bezel. Nice even fade to the red half of the insert. Gorgeous original dial with lightly patinated waffle lume and perfect matching hands. No scratches or dings worth noting. Bezel is locked and will need to be removed, cleaned and lubricated. Date sets just a bit low in the window. Single owner watch which has been respectfully worn. U.S.A. Oyster expansion bracelet still maintains decent spring action with one connector link exhibiting stretch. The watch sets and runs but the bezel is locked and a service is recommended.
