    Movement: caliber 1040, rhodium finish, 26 jewels, straight line lever escapement, adjusted five positions and temperature, shock absorber, gold balance with gold timing screws, dead beat lever for the center seconds
    Band: steel, 78360, deployant clasp
    Signed: all signed Rolex

    Note: The "Tru-Beat" reference 6556 is one of the rarest and most esoteric models produced. The unique dead beat or "jumping" seconds are controlled by an extra beryllium lever and jewel that allows the second hand to "beat" rather than move in the traditional sweeping motion. Existing and complete models are exceptionally rare.
