Rolex, Ref 6542, Bakelite Bezel GMT-Master, Circa 1958Case: 39 mm, three-body, polished and brushed, red and blue graduated bidirectional revolving Bakelite bezel for the second time zone in 24 hours, screw down case back and crown, crystal with cyclops lens. No. 381677
Dial: Matte black with luminous round, triangular and baton indexes, outer minutes/seconds track, aperture for the date. Luminous steel skeleton hands, and small arrow GMT hand.
Movement: Cal. 1066, rhodium-plated, 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, butterfly rotor
Band: stainless steel Rolex oyster rivet bracelet and additional leather double stitch band.

Condition: Case is in good condition, and does show wear on case sides. Dial has been restored. Bakelite bezel is original, and and some color seperation at the 16 hour marker. Rolex signed Oyster Rivet stretch bracelet has been refinished and is excellent condition.
