Case: 36 mm, 18k yellow gold, two body, sloped rounded bezel, overhanging claw lugs, 304452
Dial: silvered, applied gold Roman numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds, gold baton hands
Movement: caliber V453, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, No. 467626, manual wind, adjusted to temperatures, monometallic balance with shock absorber
Band: lizard, 18k gold VC buckle
Signed: Vacheron & Constantin on the dial, case and movement

Dial: silvered, applied gold Roman numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds

Condition: The movement is good and currently running. Servicing is recommended for timekeeping accuracy. The dial shows a light scratch to the left of center. The case presents well with a later engraving, "Grazie Helsinn" engraved on the back.
