    Case: 18k yellow gold, three body, 36 mm, large fancy scallop lugs, inscription on the case back
    Dial: silver with fancy vertical stripes, gold indexes, outer golden minute dots, gold batons, red center sweep hand
    Movement: P454/5B, nickel bridge, 17 jewels, adjusted to temperature, monometallic balance with shock absorber and swan's neck regulator
    Signed: triple signed Vacheron & Constantin

    Condition: case is very good but the back is engraved with a token of love inscription dated 3-26-53, movement is good, dial with patina
